So is the new openaudio-s1-mini model for non commercial use only?

On this git repo it is written "model weights are released under CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0", but now when the weights are released, I see that on your Hugging Face page it says "I agree to use this model for non-commercial use ONLY".

So to be 100% is it so that this model's outputs / generated speech can't be used for any commercial purposes?

Edit - I'm trying to understand the licensing. Are you only restricting commercial use of the model itself (e.g., for fine-tuning or running a service, like Black Forest Labs did with Flux.1-dev image generator), or are the outputs also unusable for commercial purposes?
