Simplified MKL and IMPI library path in makefile

Hi Everyone, We’ve simplified the makefile to handle the MKL and Intel MPI library paths.
Please let me know if you run into any issues when compiling FDS.

I had to do some surgery on the makefile to bring FireX up to the latest master while making my edits on the vtkhdf implementation. Could you take a look at the makefile changes here before I do a PR for this? https://github.com/johodges/fds/blob/my-firex/Build/makefile

FYI, you will also notice that I added the hooks for building HYPRE with CUDA on windows. To use it on Windows, you need to have a CUDA capable GPU, set the environmental variable "CUDA_PATH" to the root of the version (e.g., "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v12.8"), then run make_fds.bat --with-gpu

Jon, for the debug version, these 'uninitialized' checks are important. Are you seeing any compilation errors related to them?

I removed these ones which I believe are telling openmpi to ignore specific warnings.

-Wno-target-lifetime -Wno-maybe-uninitialized -Wno-uninitialized -Wno-unused-function

I remember I added the no-maybe-uninitialized, no-un-initialized and the no-unused-function ones for an older version of VTK where these were being flagged. I fixed all those checks in my latest updates so it passes the build without having to skip the checks. I am not sure what the no-target-lifetime check is for, but it was building without warning with it removed as well. I can put these back in if we want to keep them.

Okay, I see what you mean. I hadn't checked the firemodels/master makefile. You can remove -Wno-maybe-uninitialized, -Wno-uninitialized, and -Wno-unused-function, since they are also not in the ompi_gnu_linux_db target of the master branch makefile. However, it would be good to keep -Wno-target-lifetime to stay consistent with the master branch.
