How to describe properties for map (with variables keys) of maps

I have such a field type in the interface:

results?: Record<string, EarThreshold>;

export interface EarThreshold {
  left: number;

}

How can I accurately describe this property?
Current solution (looks weird, but works):

results: {
        dataType: 'map',
        name: 'Results',
        keyValue: true,
      },
