perftest: Scripted provisioning

I'm not sure if I agree.

Sure it's convenient to just execute a script, but the steps are executed extremely rarely. It's a lot of time to write a robust script with error handling and such.

More importantly, different machines might have different requirements. E.g. for my work computer I'd definitely want to double check every single step, and sometimes go with a different solution.

I've created the provisioning to a script, which is quite handy to run the whole round of testing on a new VM, then discard the VM if everything is fine.
