Loading HLS video from firebase storage

Hello, there!
I hope you are doing well.

Currently I am stuck on playing HLS video in my flutter app. To reduce the delay time, I uploaded videos on firebase storage as HLS (m3u8) file and play it from flutter app. Everything just work fine.

Expected result:
Play the video immediately without any delays

Actual result:
The video is played with 1s or 2s delay time.

I am building social app like tiktok and using video_player to play the HLS videos. It is working fine, just need to remove the delay time on my app whenever switch the videos.

Anyone have experience in similar problem? If yes please help me on it.
