How to prevent User using the app in another device?

Hello,
I am trying to achieve one User account can only be used on one device. If I allow User uses the app on many devices, the operational cost will become surge suddenly and I won't be able to pay it and will declare bankruptcy. Is there any way we can achieve it in using Firebase Authentication? I already designed the flowchart and I used the package: device_info_plus for that to read the device id. I already knew if it is different within the data kept in Firestore, then I have to send something to the old device to force User signs out automatically. My question is how can I send the request to old device to force it signs out automatically?
