App removed from playstore (your app is uploading users' Primary Account information)

your app is uploading users' Primary Account information to https://74.125.31.95:443/ prior to user interaction (i.e. login).
This is goole inc ip address and probably used by firebase analytics and flutter auth plugin.

We are adding and refering to google analytics as all privacy polycies does.

What additional actions we have to take in order to use firebase without got ourbapp removed from playstore.
