Does FlutterFire Analytics Include Google Tag Manager Functionality?

Do we automatically have the Google Tag Manager integration/functionality by virtue of using Google Analytics via FlutterFire?

We get issues when we try to add Google Tag Manager a la:

https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/android/v5

dependencies {
  // ...
  compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services-tagmanager:11.0.4'
}

We may not need to do this, however. Anyone have any insight into how this works?
