Can you tell if a user deleted the account?

If a user deletes his account with the "Delete account" button, I need to consume a service to create a log that a user with uid X deleted the account and be able to keep track of whether it was an unwanted deletion of data, this button has a action or callback to be executed when called, I can't find the method
