[firebase_messaging] When app is killed and mobile phone lock screen, BackgroundMessage sometimes can't receive

[firebase_messaging] When app is killed and mobile phone lock screen, BackgroundMessage sometimes can't receive.
After phone lock screen 5 minutes, can't receive message from server which by firebase-admin.
But can receive the message which is sent through the firebase console.
Anybody know why? orelse how can I solve the problem ?
