How to update generated ODM

I have a class with 2 Map variables and one Object type but after run build_runner and generate the DocumentReference

The update method doesn't show these 3 variables and I can't update them.

  Config({
    required this.faccess,
    required this.inclCont,
    required this.values,

  });

 Map<String, bool> inclCont;

Map<String, dynamic> values;

List<FirstAccess> faccess;

 factory Config.fromJson(Map<String, dynamic> json) => _$ConfigFromJson(json);

  Map<String, dynamic> toJson() => _$ConfigToJson(this);
}

PS : I'm working with subcollections, so this config is a subcollection of a user

The code for update would be like

  await userRef.doc(userId.val).config.doc(await docId).update(
   /// Parameters only shows the others variables and they fieldvalues
);

Would like to know if there's another way out ??
