Goal

Set up TypeScript with an initial loose configuration.

Tasks

  • Install TypeScript dependencies (typescript, @types/node)
  • Create a tsconfig.json file with loose settings
  • Ensure the project builds successfully

Notes:
Start with a minimal tsconfig.json, then adjust settings incrementally.
