[Wallet] HiWallet Officially Supports FVM

HiWallet is a decentralized cryptocurrency wallet, built in 2019, that supports the management of multiple chains such as Filecoin, Filecoin FVM, TOP Network, Ethereum, and more.

New functions have been added to HiWallet:

1. HiWallet supports FVM, allowing users to generate three FVM-supported addresses with only one set of mnemonic words, each with its own private key.
2. HiWallet enables the transfer of FIL assets from an f1 address to either an f4 or 0x address.
