add a UI for highlights

what happens

njump successfuly detects highlighter information. see example njump results, compared against popular web apps here: nostrability/nostrability#61 (comment).

suggestion

most web apps load many things, and are a bit slow.

consider adding a UI for highlights on njump, as a lightweight , beautiful, & user friendly way to get useful info from a highlight, without having to "boot up" a hardcore web app.
