a popular mistake is to put the format objects in a queue
since they are signed & timestamped they do expire - so you shouldn't do that - just save the usual youtube.com/watch?v=xxxx url

if you made sure you do NOT save formats it would be good to have a short example
and i do really mean short
from your issue title i'd expect <50 Lines creating a queue and downloading it into files
if the problem disappears when you remove other dependencies it's most likely not a lib problem
