Lucky me that I came to the dashboard at the time of CPU Warning due to performing the rsync job. Then I can capture the screen to share here.

Great, thanks for sharing and the proof that the warning is working (just in case 👀 ).
In your screenshot you can see that there is nothing really problematic - a cpu load of slightly more than 2 is nothing to worry about (for sure depending on your RPi model and CPU architecture).
