You can move the title bar up and down

Please describe the expected and observed behaviour. You can also add screenshots.
When moving it down, you can not move it up anymore (or hardly) because of the lack of space. The title bar should not be moveable like this. On a restart the title bar position resets

Which title bar do you mean? In the reminders list screen, the title and menu slide away when scrolling down the list, and come up again when scrolling up the list. I have not seen a problem with this.

The title bar that shows the text SimpleReminder. The issue is not with the scrolling. The title bar it self can be made smaller. After which it can not be resized until the application is restarted.

Okay, that is strange. Thanks for the video. You seem to pull the list down after the bar was hidden, and it does not come back (as it does for me).
I could see whether I can easily disable that, or otherwise it will be different anyway in a new design at some point.
