Vendorize golang packages #303
Description
Go packages are switching to vendoring with go-vendor-tools, which is both a set of tools for maintainers as well as RPM macros used for building packages. The source package names starting with golang- are expected to be renamed "normally" as part of this process.
Blockers for including this in RHEL are being tracked at https://gitlab.com/fedora/sigs/go/go-vendor-tools/-/issues/3.
