Errors in RV logs

My RV server logs is showing these errors and seem to be in response to requests from fdo client on device

Per specs this seems like a generic catch all error when processing cannot continue. I was wondering why this is happening. DI was completed I see the OV on manufacturing server and also TO0 was completed as well Owner server has the OV, report to RV was also successfully completed.

I'm using an Onlogic device to test. Appreciate any insights. I'm looking to demo this to customer

Just before the message above I do see these message which was successful
