About reparse points #188
Description
It seems that reparse points (i.e., junctions) are skipped by ZPaq.
Although it's a sensitive issue, the question is:
Is there a plan to implement it?
Even with the necessary restrictions.
Example of restriction:
A reparse point should be granted as "valid" for backup with ZPaq, throwing exception if not.
To be "valid", the reparse point should link to a file/folder that is will also be included in the current backup.
And, when decompressing, ZPaq should rebuild the link as a relative path, to deal with the case that the target decompression path is not the same than the original one.
