How does the conversion give class labels?

Hi, I am trying to give fixed list of classes. However, when I use coco_category_list in get_coco_from_labelme_folder function, it only replaces the output "categories" key in the output json file. So the annotations become wrong and the model does not work on it. Is there a feasible solution for that?
