Playing to a bluetooth speaker from local files

I want to set up one with mp3s and connect to my headphones, while I'm not playing music it could display a clock in my time zone syncing automatically, I also think like playlists and choosing songs would be cool, sounds maybe a little out of scope, but is this possible and could anyone start a community project? @fatihak
