New Plugins, improvements, and support for Waveshare Displays

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on merging PRs from the community, bug fixes, and closing out open issues. Here's a quick summary of what’s new:

New Plugins

• NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) by @Manzovince
  • Displays NASA’s daily APOD from apod.nasa.gov. Requires an API key - check out docs for details (it's free!)
• Image URL by @doofmars
  • Display any image by providing a direct URL.
• Screenshot
  • Display a screenshot of any website by entering its URL. (Note: Use with caution and avoid untrusted sites.)

Improvements & Fixes

• Weather Plugin
  • Moon phases added to the weekly forecast (toggle in plugin settings) – thanks to @Ch3my!
  • Display the latest refresh time in the top-right corner (toggle in plugin settings) – thanks to @cookandy!
  • Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats (toggle in device settings) – thanks to @JeremyCottontail!
  • Set seperate margin settings for each side - thanks to @Reid-Kornman!
• Clock Plugin: Ability to customize the colors of all clock faces - thanks to @el.
• Invert the display via a toggle in device settings – thanks to @CattoSalad.
• Adjust saturation, contrast, sharpness, and brightness in the device settings page
• Reboot or shut down your Pi directly from the UI from the device settings page
• Make plugins more plug-in: Plugins are no longer loaded from a central plugins.json on startup, each plugin now includes its own plugin-info.json in it's directory. This paves the way for plugins hosted across different repositories – thanks to @doofmars!
• ValueError fix in playlists triggered on the first of the month due to a date subtraction bug – thanks to @phattmatt.

Support for Waveshare Displays

A major update from @acscpt adds support for Waveshare e-Paper displays (PR #103 ). It's been tested with a few models already, but I'd love to get some more eyes on it. If you own a Waveshare display, please give it a try and let us know if everything works — along with the specific EPD model you tested. This will help us track which displays are confirmed working.
