max_length of password in full-stack-fastapi-template is too short

Description

The documentation for the full-stack-fastapi-template mentions using the command python3 -c "import secrets; print(secrets.token_urlsafe(32))" to generate secrets and replace the values in the .env file. According to python documentation

The text is Base64 encoded, so on average each byte results in approximately 1.3 characters
Which results in 32 * 1.3 = 41.6 characters. I found that on my machine using Python 3.13.0 the command actually outputs secrets with 44 characters.

Since the app model has a max_length of 40, this causes a conflict. I have a PR open to update the password max_length to 45 here: #1447. Alternatively we could update the documentation, but I like having a power of 2 as the number of bytes aesthetically and 16 seems too short for no particular reason. Maybe there's good technical reasons, but I don't have them.
