Notificacions type on email are limited?

I see that all other services can send notifications on different types of events, but email is not configurable from the global settings.

Only the admin can see more than one event type for email notifications in their profile?

Admin can see more events types.

Users cant.

The notification types you can see are based on the permission of the user.
An admin can see all of this stuff, because he has all permissions.
An user with basic permissions will only see notification type he's allowed to see.
For instance, here is what I have on my non-admin user:

Totally fair. I just opened the discussion and apparently I miss that the notification I want for users is the one available.
