500 - Erreur interne du serveur

Hello,
I use Jellyfin, Jellyseerr (with Prowlar, qbtorrent, radarr and sonarr).
Everything works (adding movies and series, downloading them with qbtorrent too, nickel) except that I can't solve a 500 error when I browse with jellyseerr. It happens intermittently, sometimes the movies and series page loads, sometimes not.

In the logs, I get this recurring error:
Jellyfin Sync Failed to process Jellyfin item, id: 06c95d292f2368f7329f7e4cc0622e5c

I'm on a NAS built with openmediavault on a raspberry pi 5.
The nas is connected to a router with VPN (NordVPN on a P2P server).
It seems that when I disable my VPN it works better so maybe an option to check I don't know, I tried changing server.
Even with the VPN deactivated, the logs show the same errors.
