Feature request: Jellyseer to act as webpush notification end client for other apps

Would it be possible / feasible, for Jellyseer to handle notifications (eg webhook) from other apps? i.e.

1. Configure an app (e.g. Sonarr, Maintainerr etc) with webhook notifications, using a Jellyseer URL
2. Enable webpush notifications in Jellyseer
3. Jellyseer pushes notifications from other apps (as well as its own notifications, as today)

Rationale -
Jellyseer is often installed as a PWA mobile app by all users (server admin and end users). Users I've asked, are not interested in downloading any more apps (they just want Plex and Jellyseer) or receiving more email "spam". So Jellyseer would be the perfect bridge to deliver notifications related to the media server, to ensure everyone sees important updates.
