Requests not queuing when approved for users

Pretty new setup here. Radarr and Sonarr integrated. For my admin account, when I request something it gets approved automatically and is instantly queued in the corresponding app. However when one of my family members request, and I approve, it doesn't queue period. I can see the movie or tv series as approved in jellyseerr and so can they on their end. Anything I'm missing here? Appreciate any and all help!

Go to settings > services > radarr/sonarr. Edit both of them. And enable default server

If that doesn't fix it please hop onto discord if you could as we carry out support there :)

Ok that wasn't enabled for either, so I enabled. Do I need to have the requests resubmitted or will they after some time?

They need to be re-requested. Those requests didn't pass because it had no service to pass to because default server was not setup so it just assumed you were using requests without services (a valid usecase)

Because admin account has the advanced request permission. That's the dialog you see when you request. Which populates the service as you would have that selected in the request modal. Normal users, unless you give the advanced request permission will not see this dialog, just a request button which will choose the default service to pass the request to. Which in your case didn't have. Your logs will also say it when you approve the requests, "warn: no default service found"
