add increasing extra counter its limit up to 20 min( after each azan )

the purpose of that to make the app more interactive
as after the azan,developer see a counter to know what is the remaining time for the Iqama

also we dont need an extra built counter just sync from 00:00 to 20:00 counter simultanously with the origin counter

for example
the added counter meaning => we are at the 3rd minute with 43 sec after azan
