The watch option in monitor-all command does not detect newly created containers. #3

still didn't decide if this is considered a feature or a bug that should be solved. but the behavior of monitor-all --watch should take a look. maybe it's already good to just take a snapshot of current containers and that's the best user experience. my current thoughts is to add an argument like --no-new-containers to make the user decide the behavior themselves, with the default to detect newly created containers.
