Custom Object Detection

Hello everyone. I am working on detecting some custom objects that represent some sort of sketches not real life objects. But since, I am detecting sketches, there is ambiguity in some cases and accuracy is low. Can I make some changes to the loss functions to improve upon the accuracy, if so, how can I get started on that? Currently I am using "faster_rcnn_R_50_FPN_3x.yaml". Thanks.
