PointSup annotation tool

As far as I can tell, the tool used to measure point annotation time for the PointSup project (https://github.com/facebookresearch/detectron2/tree/main/projects/PointSup) is not provided anywhere online. Is this true? If so, it would be great if the tool were to be made available somewhere as I am interested in using it to annotate a custom dataset (no annotations yet) using this method.

If anyone knows an alternative tool that could work with the point annotation method, that would also help.
