Creating the Custom Dataset for Kitti-step

A clear and concise description of the feature proposal.

How can we use Detectron2 to read the KITTI-STEP dataset using the detectron2 DatasetCatalog and MetaDataCatalog ?
The major requirement would be to create 2-frame encodings for each video sequence of the dataset.
Any help is appreciated.
