Description

cmake-format has been unmaintained for a few years now and the author removed the issues tab from the repo. This means it doesn't know how to handle any new commands released since the last update (like block() and others). The only viable alternative I know of is https://github.com/BlankSpruce/gersemi which is opinionated and deviates a bit from our style but looks fine too. We will just need to reformat everything if we choose to use it.
