How to set the cursor position after insert new element

If I set the ElementNode method inserNewAfter(selection, restoreSelection) second parameter restoreSelection to false will make the cursor preserve at the point before enter?

But the cursor always move to the first position of the new element refer to the source code of the Lexical core module

So the question is how can I set the cursor at any position after insert a new node, like move to the end of the new element, not the start point
