How to display saved editState. Migrate version 3 to 12

Hi, I would like to display saved edit state from BE as HTML content which is read-only
I had this code with version 3 and it was working
and I updated version to latest (12). initialEditorState is no longer available.
what is the best way displaying the saved edit state with version 12?
