Add "Open Folder" option #426

Thanks for this neat piece of software. I hope the package is still maintained because it really deserves a lot of praise!
A nice feature to have would be "Open Folder" to have all the markdown files in a project open at once, as well as their related personalized css style files.
Note
It is already possible to navigate into a specific folder via terminal and run marker * or marker *.md, but having a related GUI feature would be nice in my opinion.
