Ezcater/RailsEnv and Ezcater/DirectEnvCheck cops should not link to private Confluence link #132
Description
This was originally called out here.
Currently the offense message for the Ezcater/RailsEnv and Ezcater/DirectEnvCheck cops contains a Confluence link. This link is not available to users outside the ezCater org. This is a public gem, so it doesn't help users to have a private link in the offense message.
We need to decide a better outcome here for the offense message.
One thought: all custom cops are listed in a GH Wiki with an explanation on why it exists. That or it's mentioned in the README.
