Custom icons

Hello,

First of all, many thanks for this extension :)
I have 2 small issues:

• The user is able to add directions with origins and destinations, but if the very last selected location is a destination, icon is not customized (not even with the default 'B' icon from Maps)
• I can't make the draggable option work, it only works partially with custom icons (but directions lines don't change)

Any idea?
