Consider renaming the meta repo

The repo has a very generic name, and it would be nicer to keep a reference to the EBP when one forks it, too.
(e.g. cloning that fork locally would default to meta, and while obviously, it's possible to rename the top directory, it's a non-default workflow)

(I tried to open this in the repo itself, but apparently, issues are not allowed in there)
