is there a way to inject a chapter in plain html ?

hiya

I have a piece of plain html (actually produced from md using marp, but that's anecdotic) that I would like to inject in a book as a chapter
i.e. I'd like to add entry in the left-hand-side navigation bar that would point at that html as-is

I understand I would not get any of the fancy decorations in there - navigation buttons, header, left-hand-side navigation and so forth), and having the html, again as-is in an iframe in the center pane, would be quit eall right

is there a way to do this ?
