Max content width for large monitors

I am using Sphinx+Myst with the sphinx-book-theme.

I titled this discussion with a similar title to issue sphinx-book-theme issue 194. I found it when searching for options to maximize html output to take full advantage of large monitors.

The way I handled it was to create custom css:
