CI: fix codecov or remove the ci job

currently the job is disabled, we should either clean it up or fix (there were some token issues last time I checked). That's being said, it's questionable how useful to have that job given that we're in best effort maintenance mode and thus I don't foresee any dedicated efforts going into improving coverage.
