ERROR RUN pip3 install

when I start docker-compose up I get this error:

=> ERROR [server 6/6] RUN pip3 install -r requirements.txt &&     pip3 install --upgrade requests &&     pip3 install numpy -U  

Describe the solution you'd like

The problem is the old version distro-info into requirements.txt

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried updating with the new version and it works
Can I help by fixing this problem?
