2. Once a developer has created an EC account:
   • As the developer
     • Fast setup: I want to be shown setup and install instructions for Homestar, so that I can get up and running quickly
       • to do: homestar getting started =/= first run workshop instructions
     • Convenient support: I want to know where to go for help, so that I can be get unstuck when I encounter problems
     • Progressive Disclosure: I don't want to have to contend with too many new terms all at once, because I just want to focus on the task at hand
   • As Fission
     • Mental Model Construction: We want the developer to quickly & clearly understand the relationship between Everywhere Computer, Homestar and IPVM so that they can better articulate difficulties they are having, or proposals they have for enhancing the functionality or growth of the platform.
3. When a developer has finished installing and running their Homestar node:
   • As Fission
     • Monitor Progress: We want to know they successfully achieved that milestone, so that we can measure dropoff in our onboarding process
     • Solicit Feedback: We want to hear from developers about the process (was it smooth? was it rough?), so that we can qualitatively assess where there might be improvements to be made
     • Track Basic Usage: We want some basic telemetry collected through the control panel about EC usage, so that we can track changes in usage over time
