We are experiencing this same error message every time upon trying to make a payment:
Although the notification is being sent on the phone, after opening it on the mobile app, the payment popup screen doesn't show up and the payment can't be completed. We have tried with multiple phone numbers. When using web inspector to try to debug error we saw that it has to do with an internal error upon calling this endpoint: with https://payments.athmovil.com/api/business-transaction/ecommerce/business/updatePhoneNumber.
