Charging Power not constant | jumping between 40W and 8kW

Describe the bug

While the power plant produces enough energy for charging the Car with ~7kW constant evcc seems like it can't "decide" what it should do.
It's constantly switching between ~8000W and ~40W charging speed.
While running it with the log flag, I also can't really see wrong data from the devices which might cause this. (See log)
I tried updating the software and setting a higher interval to avoid bad readings.
Wallbox: Vestel EVC04 v2.65.0
Inverter: Kostal Plenticore

Gleiches Verhalten bei folgenden Einstellungen:

Gerade bei bufferSoc = 70% sollte er die Batterie ja als Puffer nutzen und nicht die Ladung komplett unterbrechen.
Stattdessen wird die Ladeleistung immer größer als der PV Überschusse eingestellt und danach auf 40W (0) gepegelt.

Hab gerade mal ein bisschen mit den Settings gespielt. Bekomme kein Szenario in welchem nur mit Überschuss (und nicht mit Netz+Batterie zusätzlich) geladen wird -> siehe Bild. Und danach springt das System immer auf 0W Ladeleistung um.

Entweder einphasig laden oder minCurrent mal auf 10A oder höher.
