Offline Inverter prevents evcc from start

Describe the bug

i have two inverters.
One goes offline in the evening, the other is handling the battery and therefore always online.

If my Symo 8.2 is offline evcc won't start and throw the following error message.
cannot create meter 'my_fronius_pv2': cannot create meter 'template': cannot create meter 'modbus': dial tcp 192.168.215.190:502: i/o timeout

Das ist in der Tat blöd. Zu Zeitpunkt wo die Geräte angelegt werden, wissen wir noch nicht, dass es "nur" um PV geht und der Fehler deshalb ignoriert werden könnte. Workarounds:

• WR extern auslesen und die Werte per MQTT zur Verfügung stellen
• WR ganz weg lassen- PV Leistung ist ohnehin nur für Optik relevant, gesteuert wird über Netzbezug

@buliwyf42 siehe auch #4989 (comment). Das sollte sich recht einfach machen lassen. Wäre dann für Dich vllt die schönste Option.
