Heyho! The feature to boost charging with power from the grid when it is cheap is already great. A use case I oftentimes have, but couldn't solve yet with the built-in evcc feature is the following:
I want to configure the boost when it is cheap, but let the boost end once the car has reached certain SOC (e.g. 60%).
Example:
Today it is was supposed to be very sunny, my car was almost empty this morning. I know the car is standing still the whole day, but I need it the next days and no chance for overflow PV charging the next 5 days.
I plug the car
PV overflow is charging the car
Grid price reaches low rate, boost gets activated
I manually check when the car reaches 60%, which is enough for the next days
Then I disable the boost and go back to overflow charging only
Would be nice if this threshold could be configured, when boost mode deactivates itself.
I basically dont want to spend more time in boost than needed, and go back to overflow charging as soon as possible.
What do you guys think? Is it already possible and I am missing it? Would it be a good idea or rather not?
