Heatpump Thermia via MQTT

I have a heatpump from Thermia, which has a thrid party modul to connect it to mqtt (modbus 2 mqtt)

A shelly 3EM is installed in the heatpump for meter the pump. There is a EVU Switch, which can be adressed via mqtt.

Thermia is a part of the Stiebel Eltron group, and uses the Danfoss name on certain markets.

MQTT Commands can be found here https://thermiq.net/ThermIQ_MQTT_Installation.pdf (from page 10 ff).

I am not a programmer, but i can try my best do set a test environment.

My installation has a wallbox (EVIBox), some Shely 3EM, a PV installation with only 800 Wh

Maybe i can help others to integrate Waterproduction, EVU Mode and some other things in evcc.

You'll need to create a custom charger using the mqtt plugin. This can already be done. Once working, this can be packaged as template which we can then include. Please note this is nothing that the core team will be working on.

Hi Andig, i am not quite shure how to configure. At the moment i only try to use this for hotwater. In Wintertime EVU might be helpful and i can set elevtic heating via mqtt by setting three modes: hot water only, automatic, electric only, heatpump only....I tried via UI:

i can write via MQTT (Modbus register 51 , value 1 = EVU on, value 0 = EVU off , meaning heatpump blocked or not.... but how to implement this? No plan here.... I can set Water Temp as well via MQTT, but even this i have no plan how to do this in the UI in evcc....

in any case the heatpump shows "heating". even when Power is below 10 W (this is the Power in standby mode.... ) i did not find a way to set this up in UI as well....

I did not try in config-File Mode yet....

So if there is help, what i can try...
